Player prop hot streaks & last-5 explained
Our daily boards highlight hot streaks and fades using each player’s last-5 game totals versus the listed line. Here is how to read them.
How to read last-5 trends
The last-5 strip lists recent game totals for the same market (for example, points or shots). Compare those numbers to today’s line: clears on an over, or stays under on an under, suggest recent form — not a future result.
Hot streaks vs fades
- Hot streaks — recent totals have often matched the suggested side.
- Fades — recent totals have often missed that side.
Use them as one input while you build a parlay. Open any dated board from the props hub.
What does last-5 mean on a props board?
Last-5 shows the player’s totals in their five most recent games for that market, so you can compare recent form to today’s line.
